"Katy Regnery is a fresh new voice. I eagerly await every Katy book and I tell everyone I know to read them!" --Carly Phillips, NY Times Bestselling Author Crazy about Cameron is the third of four books about the Philadelphia-based, wildly-handsome Winslow brothers who are all on the look-out for love. (Say what? Not so much...Brooks and Pres are OFF. THE. MARKET, and Chris is so distracted with his campaign, he can't see what - or who - is right under his nose.) With her stiff posture, black-rimmed glasses and chestnut waves in a tight bun, Cameron Winslow’s downstairs neighbor, Margaret Story, has long been the unaware star of his filthiest dirty-librarian fantasies. But with a floundering business eating up all his time, Cam doesn’t have the open road he’d need to date a lady like Margaret. Margaret, who grew up down the road from Cameron, has always thought of him as a cross between a bully and a tease, as likely to pull her braids as pull her leg. But he’s grown up to be a smokin’ hot businessman, and Margaret can't help daydreaming about what it would feel like to be under, um, with someone like him. When hot-headed Cameron and buttoned-up Margaret start using the same shady contractor for apartment renovations, Margaret may find herself in some unexpected trouble, which forces long-hidden feelings to come out of hiding...and might just make way for two unlikely fantasies to finally come true. Crazy about Cameron: The Winslow Brothers #3 (The Blueberry Lane Series -The Winslow Brothers), by Katy Regnery

Review ~ "Oh my God, I think I am in love with Cameron Winslow." -Rusty, Rusty's Reading ~ "Cam and Meggie's chemistry throughout this entire story absolutely drips from the pages. Cam is one of the dreamiest and most amazing characters, and let's face it, it doesn't hurt that he is sexy and hot as well. The unrelenting love that develops between Cam and Meggie has pushed Crazy About Cameron to the top of my favorites, well that is for the moment." -Tami, The Book Enthusiast ~ "They are tender, protective, and sweet. They are also...naughty. Surprisingly naughty! Delightfully naughty! Deliciously naughty!" -Shelly, Give Me Books ~ "What I enjoy about this book was that this book could be read as a standalone since the author wrote it in a way that the story solely focused on Cameron and Margaret." -Michelle, Four Chicks Flipping Pages ~ "If you like Jude Deveroux and Judith McNaught you will love Katy Regnery." -The Book Disciple ~ "And we have another happy sigh read from Ms. Regnery." -Kahea, Books N Wine ~ "Every single word and moment felt authentic and simply stunning. I read it cover to cover in 3 hours and it was absolute perfection! There is not one thing I didn't like or would change about the story. I hesitate to say Cameron might replace Stratton, but this is hands down, Regney's best book yet. I absorbed every single word like it was the last drop of water on earth." -Jenn, The Garden of REden

About the Author

USA Today bestselling author Katy Regnery started her writing career by enrolling in a short story class in January 2012. One year later, she signed her first contract for a winter romance By Proxy and subsequently hit the USA Today bestseller list on consecutive weeks with her multi-titled Blueberry Lane Series.

Katy lives in the relative wilds of northern Fairfield County, Connecticut, where her writing room looks out at the woods, and her husband, two young children, and two dogs create just enough cheerful chaos to remind her that the very best love stories begin at home.

By shellbelle Crazy About Cameron by Katy Regnery is a delightful contemporary romance. I enjoyed every word. Although this story might be considered a fluff romance or a "cookie cutter" romance, it was delivered well and the characters were dynamic. With all of the dark romances and cutting edge subject matters, it is nice to come across a good classic romance that is easy to escape with. Crazy For Cameron is one of those "feel good" romances.Cameron Winslow and Margaret Story have known each other since childhood. They both come from prestigious families in the Philadelphia area known as Blueberry Lane. The Winslow family is known for being wild and daring. The Story family, which is predominantly female, is known for their steady sedate presence. Each Story sister has their own distinct personality, as does the Winslow siblings. Cameron Winslow has always tormented the quiet bookworm, Margaret Story. He has teased her mercilessly. As teens each family lost contact with one another while the children were pursuing their educations. Now Margaret and Cameron are both adults, pursing their careers, and living in the same apartment building. What starts out as a cordial relationship turns into a neighborly friendship between Margaret and Cameron. When they decide to share a contractor for some remodels on their apartments it brings them closer together.Margaret has been working for her father's corporation but her real passion is her winery that she has been building. When Cameron gets a glimpse of Margaret's passion not only is he impressed but also intrigued. He realizes that he needs to have something other than his father's legacy as a career. The opportunity arises when Cameron's sister's wedding is cancelled due to the venue booking clause. This opens new doors for Cameron and Margaret. They are going to venture together to build her winery into a thriving showplace and venue center. Along the way they will fall in love, find their true passion, face some danger, and bring all the families of Blueberry Lane together once again.Katy Regnery has a gift of bringing her stories to life. The characters are as real as the people we meet on a daily basis. Their passions and motivations are realistic which makes it easy for the reader to identify with. Everything about this book and the overall Blueberry Lane series is romantic and charming. Each book can be read as a stand alone romance. Each story is wonderful.I highly recommend Crazy For Cameron by Katy Regnery.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. An Intoxicating Winslow Brothers Romance to Set Your Heart All Aflutter By Kim R. Well, it’s official: CRAZY ABOUT CAMERON sure lives up to its title! I cherished everything about this book. The heady rush of two former childhood “foes” falling headfast into love. The picturesque vineyard setting. The simmering passion, sparkling repartee and tender-hearted emotion. All of which converge beautifully, ultimately blossoming into a full-bodied romance of sweetly intoxicating perfection. The premise of this swoon-worthy romance, the third installment in the Blueberry Lane subseries about the wildly handsome Philadelphia-based Winslow brothers, is a classic one. Margaret Story and Cameron Winslow grew up living on the same street together. He teased her mercilessly when they were kids, yet unbeknownst to both of them, they harbored secret crushes on one another! Now, twenty years later, their flickering attraction smolders to glorious life as they find themselves living in the same apartment building and sharing a contractor for home renovations. But their simmering romance is far from simple. Meggie has a lot to contend with, including juggling the responsibilities of pursuing her dream of running The Five Sisters Vineyard while also being at the beck and call of her tyrannical father, who is trying to rope her into a loveless marriage to ensure the next successor for the family empire.Meanwhile, Cameron hardly has time for romance either because he must invest all his energy in salvaging the family business, which he’s been saddled with after his brother, Christopher, ditched him in favor of chasing after his political ambitions. Cameron burns for the prim and proper Meggie every moment of the day, hoping to unleash her inner sex goddess, but this single-minded, hot-headed Winslow man has NEVER done anything in half measures, and wants to bide his time until the moment is right. However, when a crisis with his baby sister Jessica’s wedding venue brings him to Meggie’s fledgling vineyard with an outlandish business proposal in hand, will the quaint setting prove to be the perfect backdrop for these characters to finally follow their hearts’ true desires?I really relished the slow boil to the relationship between Cameron and Meggie. So many romances these days have the hero and heroine immediately hopping into bed, so it was refreshing to see the characters fall in love first before they finally consummated their union. And, oh my, what an exquisitely beautiful consummation THAT was. (And the sexting and that steamy shower scene? Utterly delicious!).This romance is brimming with passion and tenderness and so much love it filled my heart to overflowing. Cameron is an alluring combination of fiercely protective alpha male and gently doting gentleman suitor, while the sweet, saucy Meggie has that unintentionally sexy librarian thing going that fuels all of Cameron’s naughty bedroom fantasies! Their past and present also seamlessly come full circle in this story. They are both at crossroads in their lives, and as they breathe in the clean, aromatic country air, they each begin to see a world outside the stuffy confines of their family obligations. And whose heart doesn't skip a beat when Meggie dreams of Cameron romping through the vineyard with their dark haired, green-eyed children, the spitting image of their handsome “daddy?” I also enjoyed the inclusion of the various secondary characters in the Blueberry Lane series, as well the undercurrent of mystery that unfolds as vandal break-ins place the heroine’s life in unwitting danger. One thing that I think the marvelous Ms. Regnery does that sets her apart is you truly experience that giddy rush of first love whenever you immerse yourself in one of her books. There is just a dreamy, ethereal quality to her writing that really stirs the soul, and the vibrant imagery in her prose reminds me of pouring over a beautiful love sonnet. Furthermore, in any give scene or chapter, Ms. Regnery masterfully takes you through a gamut of emotions. Longing. Anger. Hope. Angst. Pent up passion. Sweet infatuation. And seemingly innocuous, slice-of-of life moments often open floodgates to heartbreaking revelations and spark churning desires.Ultimately this third book in the Winslow Brothers series is a deeply touching romance that left me sighing in delight and blinking back tears of joy. And while Meggie might be unabashedly crazy about Cameron, I, along with many, many fans, continue to be Crazy about Katy’s resplendent talent!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. I'm also Crazy about Cameron! By Julie Deaton Just when I thought I couldn’t like the Winslow brothers any better, Katy pleasantly surprised me with Crazy About Cameron. This is the third book in the series and I’ve definitely fallen for this brother too. Cameron is amazing!Cameron Winslow is trying to keep the family company alive after Christopher left for the campaign trail to follow his dream. Poor Cameron is overworked and doesn’t have a life except for working and coming home to a lonely apartment. But, it’s his neighbor, Margaret Story, who keeps him going. He watches her and has been attracted to her for years but too afraid to admit his feelings for her.Under appreciated and boring Margaret Story works for her father’s company and is in a relationship she doesn’t want or didn’t ask for. She has always been in love with Cameron but in trying to appease her father, she tries to be happy. It seems she works at making everyone happy except for herself. You can really tell how miserable she is.When Cameron’s and Margaret’s lives cross even further and they both hire the same handyman, well it’s quite a mess neither of them expected. But, when Margaret finds herself in danger, Cameron becomes so protective and takes over and that’s one thing I just loved about him! He’s fierce when it comes to someone he loves and I love his take charge attitude when it comes to looking after Margaret. He’s always been hot headed but I loved seeing his softer side with Margaret.“You’re the woman of my dreams. Always have been. Always will be. All I want, for the rest of my life, is to be with you.” - CameronThese two have known each other their whole lives but only as they are thrown together in circumstance do they really get inside each other’s heart. I always love a good book like this where they have grown up together and then find love. Cameron and Margaret make the perfect couple and he stands by her no matter what, even when her father is uncontrollable. At times, I just wanted to tell him off myself. What an unreasonable man he was!!I’ve always been a fan of Katy’s and Cameron drew me in even further. Cameron and Margaret are amazing together, and with some hot and sexy scenes added in, I was glued to this book until I finished. I enjoy how well so many of the previous characters continue to blend in and Katy’s books are very well written After reading the English Brothers series, I wasn’t sure I would like the Winslows as much, but Katy is proving me wrong with these men.

Action-packed supernatural horror, Executioner-style By Patrick Dorn William Massa's haunted hit-man Frank Talon is really coming into his own with this third adventure. The former Delta operative has finally acknowledged the presence of objectively demonic evil, but his modus operandi is still to eliminate with extreme prejudice those who choose to ally themselves with dark forces. This time out Talon is tasked with rescuing a formerly possessed damsel in distress from becoming re-possessed, this time seven-fold. There's a nearly endless supply of nameless, faceless bad guys to take out, but one thing I love about this series is that the hero doesn't just charge in with guns blazing. He makes plans, has contingency plans, knows when to request backup, and when he pulls the trigger, it's just one more step in a process. There are scenes of stealth, an extended chase scene, and a siege on a remote desert monastery. Another strong point in this (hopefully) ongoing series is how Talon wrestles with his own demons, even when taking down the minions of others. His primary ally is resourceful as always, and three new characters could certainly show up again in later installments. Occult Assassin has all the elements of a Mack Bolan/Executioner action/adventure, but with a supernatural/horror twist. Can't wait for the next one!

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Solid 4 star rating By SLeedom William Massa does it again.Occult Assassin: Apocalypse Soldier is the newest novel in the adventures of Mark Talon, ex Delta Force soldier now on a path of vengeance. The tale of Talon, to this point, has been a twisted one, filled with occult (sometimes supernatural) villians to eliminate at every turn. Marc lost his fiance violently at the hands of a satanic cult and he has made it his mission to take out evil where ever it rears it's head.In Apocalypse Soldier, the reader finds Talon hot on the trail of a woman sought after by a satanic cult. A cult whose endgame is to start the Apocalypse. Only by saving her, can Talon save the world from the end times.Massa really does a great job of entertaining the reader. Talon is akin to an occult hunting James Bond. (I think the Daniel Craig Bond.) He is more action than finesse, but that is why you love this character. His duty, his self proclaimed mission, is to exterminate and does he ever leave a pile of bodies in his wake. This fast paced novel gets the reader involved and you better hold on tight because it's a bumpy ride. What I love about the Occult Assassin series is you can jump in anywhere and have a solid understanding of what's going on without having to read the books in a specific order. It's pure entertainment!!

An irreverent poke at vocabulary definitions. Words such as "capricious, equivocal, mitigate," and "instigate" can be baffling and nerve-racking to young adults, especially when they need to demonstrate their knowledge in the classroom or on an exam. Poet Michael Salinger defuses the tension by offering his own tongue-in-cheek definitions that students will surely commit to memory. Giving each word a personality all its own, Salinger creates mini story lines and amusing images, full of wit and irony, that will keep readers chuckling. Cartoonist Sam Henderson's hilarious drawings add to the fun in this "Voice of Youth Advocates" Nonfiction Honor List book.

Are you struggling to improve your vocabulary for the ACT or just for personal satisfaction?WELL DEFINED: VOCABULARY IN RHYME by Michael Salinger might be just the book for you.It takes 64 ACT-type vocabulary words and uses each in a clever poem. Each poem begins with the word in question, and the actual definition is sited at the bottom of the page. The verses themselves provide excellent mental images to help in understanding and remembering each word, and illustrator Sam Henderson adds simple, humor-filled sketches to almost every page. Here is one of my favorites -"Brevity gets right to the pointdoesn't dawdle, dicker, or delayalways short and sweet wheneverthere is something to door saybrevity comes in handy when youare subject to a chewing outa bout of the flua pain in the neckor waiting in line for the looin fact, this poem has gone on so longthat its recitalwould no longer qualifyas an example of its title"This book is just plain fun, but it could easily be used in the classroom. Whether helping develop a better vocabulary or an appreciation of some creative examples of poetry, it is a unique approach to a usually boring subject.Reviewed by: Sally Kruger, aka "Readingjunky"

Whenever they all get together , stuff happens. Someone usually leaves mad. Vivian , being the older sisters tries to keep the family together. One day when two of the sisters get together, the family secrets are revealed. The author did a good job with all the sisters . They had flaws, but I loved them all. It was hard to put this book down and I so enthralled with the story. Great read,

The Johnson Sisters all had drama, but they all got thru it and everyone had a happy ever after life... But,Serena, should have wore her boyfriend's babymama out. I've never seen or heard of anyone being that crazy. and Tyree was a joke, I thought he was the only stand up dude in the book, but he let his crazy baby mama, act a fool. and he was messing with her... But all the sisters like I said, Too bad each one had man problems... This was a good read.

When I finished I immediately wanted the sequel - or even prequel. If you like historical fiction I recommend reading The Common Hours - you won't be disappointed.

It allows me to escape my common hours long enough to refresh me and to provide perspective in my life. This book did just that. The narrative descriptions and character developments captivated my imagination and allowed me take part in the lives of Sarah, Mary, and others. The struggles of earlier times, though common to those we experience today, seem so much more dramatic because they were not drowned out by technology and the busyness we place ourselves in today. The characters in The Common Hours dealt with the realities of life; its successes and sorrows, its humor and disappointments, its times of desperation and its precious moments. I found the redemptive nature of this text to be so refreshing. The author has done a great job of differentiating her writing style from so many tomes available today. If you are looking for encouragement, need to put your circumstances in perspective, or just want to escape, this book will accomplish just that. Well done, Tina!

Can't wait for the sequel. I love historical novels. Having said that, this book would be a good read for those that don't enjoy historical novels necessarily as well. Even though the story line took place in the 1800s, you could relate to the characters and to what they were going through. The author did an excellent job of presenting each character and the feelings that they had. You could definitely relate to one of the characters. No matter where you are at in your life or what you are going through, this book can be an encouragement to you in your everyday walk. I guarantee that once you start reading it, you will not desire to put it down.

Staughton Edelheit seems to be getting better with each book she writes, and perhaps that is just because the characters continue to develop and grow with each passing installment. While it isn't a constant cast, the reprised roles and cameos make for an enjoyable read for loyal followers of this master of mystery. This book was a bold new choice, revealing quite a bit right in the beginning, leaving me wondering how she'd be able to surprise me this time around. However, as always, Edelheit twisted this plot into an impossible Shakespearean pretzel, with mistaken identities galore, buried secrets, and a swagger to every page that left me laughing and smirking from top to bottom. I think the mixture of beautiful writing, innuendo, and whip-smart dialogue makes these books easy to fly through, as the conversations are natural, the interactions are believable, and the mysteries seem real. The fact that Samantha always finds herself in these predicaments is a bit unbelievable (a bit like Murder She Wrote....), but that's part of the charm. We always know that she will get herself backed into a corner, where Edelheit will masterfully write her out from. Each new book in the series impresses me more, but this one took more risks than usual - and I believe they paid off.

Clay gives her a vague message about an insurance investigator she is supposed to help out. With limited information Sam is unsure who she is helping and how to contact them.Clay leaves Tony with Samantha and the elderly trio to work on this case, and to keep Sam safe. But both Clay and Sam start having second thoughts about who is going to protect Tony from Sam. He is quite the charmer when Clay’s away.My favorite part of the book is when Tony, Sam, and the ladies are canoeing at night, hoping to investigate an old rental Samantha had 10 years ago. I can visualize the two jumping around to get away from the critter in the canoe, while two more are arguing about how to paddle. And Sam is desperately trying to calm the first two, then accidentally clobbered with a canoe paddle.

By Kristin Schwab Samantha Jamison is an author who writes mystery novels about mysteries she solves in her real life. Too Close For Comfort is book nine in this series and the first one I have read. It works well as a standalone novel and I did not feel I was missing any background information having not read the first eight books. That aside though this book definitely made me want to read the rest of the series!Samantha works on a team with three old ladies and a young man to solve a decade old mystery she is somehow involved in. The plot moves very quickly as they investigate possible insurance fraud, murder, and a ransom note for her own kidnapping. I loved that the chapters were short and really kept the story moving. Too Close For Comfort is nearly impossible to put down, it is full of twists and turns that keep you wanting to know what happens next.

5 of 6 people found the following review helpful. An Edgy, Near Future Apocalyptic Fiction Novel From A Young Master By John Kwok In "The Guild of Saint Cooper" Shya Scanlon offers us a crazy, twisted, near future apocalyptic novel about Seattle that reads like early Philip K. Dick mixed with early China Mieville and early Haruki Murakami. Scanlon seems to have had as much fun as Matt Ruff did in creating his vivid, richly imagined, dark satirical alternative history speculative fiction novel "The Mirage", in invoking the spirits of the television show "Twin Peaks" with more than a few twists and turns reminiscent of "The X-Files". Much to his credit, Scanlon seems to have developed - and more so than any of his peers in mainstream literary fiction - a very good sense of the weirder aspects of dystopian speculative fiction that could be ranked alongside the weird fiction conjured by Mieville and Jeff VanderMeer, among others. Though the novel is set primarily in and around Seattle, WA, Scanlon sends his protagonist - who may be a fictionalized version of himself - off on a brief trip to New York City, describing the Lower East Side in a manner more consistent with Mieville's prose than Paul Auster's, in a manner reminiscent too of William Gibson's "Blue Ant" trilogy ("Pattern Recognition", "Spook Country" and "Zero History"), but with a bit more dark humor and satire than what one encounters in Gibson's post 9/11 trilogy. If more mainstream literary fiction writers opted to look around the edges of both mainstream literary and speculative fiction as Scanlon is doing here, I would be more interested in reading their work. Until then, I suspect I'll be enjoying reading more of Scanlon's, especially when he may become as fine a writer as Mieville and Murakami are now.

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. like many writers By Terreciel This is a near-future post-apocalyptic story set in Seattle, where I live, so I was especially interested in it. It's written from Blake's point of view. He's a struggling writer given to angst and introspection, like many writers. Scanlon's writing style is genearlly good, with occassional metaphoric clunkers like "Her long white hair fell loose around her narrow shoulders, coating them with snow," or "a T-shirt so filthy its fabric resembled the skin of an animal."The storyline jumps around and was difficult to follow but I carried on because it was intriguing enough that I wanted to see where it went. It just got weirder and weirder, which would have been ok too, until the end that wasn't really an end. Nothing got resolved, I never did figure out what it was all about. I won't go into more detail so as not to spoil it.

1 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Difficult and I love it By budababy What a totally involving, difficult, great book to read. I love novels that twist and turn, don't follow a straight line, make you think, make you figure out what is going on, while immersing you in a realistic, dystopian world. The book goes backward while the story goes forward. Where you end is not where you started even though it is. Don't read this book if you want easy answers. Do read it if you want to puzzle it out and accept that you might be making your own answers. Would I like to talk to the author and have him explain it all to me? Yes. But then it would be ruined - MY experience of it would be ruined.

4 of 4 people found the following review helpful. Wow he did it again By Amanda Moore I am so sad this series is over. I loved loved Haern and Thren as well as Tar and Brug, all of them really. I finished the book a few days ago but couldn't think of how to review. David is an incredible author and that's really an understatement. But to have the talent and creativity to connect his books the way he does is amazing. You read the Orcs or Gods War and you know the surnames of some characters, the Gods and cities in the Shadowdance series. And he has you turning the pages as fast as you can to see what will happen next. Never are you bored or confused it all comes together perfectly. I admit, being as big of a fantasy fan as I am some fight scenes overwhelm me and I tend to skim them more than read every word of the battles. Not with Dalglish's books though. He doesn't make them overwhelming he captures you in the moment and I find myself holding my breath and reading if he will parry in time. That says a lot for me.I have been with Haern and Thren since Haern was a quiet little boy who read in his room. Watched him grow into a man and consistently struggle with his identity and the person his father wished him to be and the man he grows into against those wishes. To see father and son come together in the previous book and this one made me happy and broke my heart as well. I smiled and I most definitely cried. It was a hell of a ride reading this series. I wish it would never end honestly. But it did so in the best way possible. And still he managed to shock me in the final few pages. (Clever very very clever there David)This series is the reason why David Dalglish will always be one of my favorite authors. Without a doubt he proved again he stands in a league all his own.

Oh My God what a kicka** ending to a kicka** installment. I finished it the same day I downloaded it. Although there were times that Alyssa & Zusa and even Alyssa's son Nathaniel all wrecked havoc on my nerves it was not enough to make me stop reading. Haren's interactions with Thren was excellent. I loved how father and son worked together to put a stop to the menace that was Muzien. The fight scene's were so superbly written I felt like I was actually there to watch them. The final confrontation between Muzien, Hearn and Thren took my breath away!!! As did the confrontation between father and son afterwards. The *little gift* that Haern leaves with Zusa really threw me. I was NOT expecting that!!! I loved the watcher's blade aka shadowdance series and I am sorry that it ended it was my favorite series of Mr Dalglish and I wonder what other bad a** installments he has yet to introduce up his writer's sleeve. No doubt I will be looking forward to reading every one of them.

The way the author wrapped up this series was more than satisfactory and causing me to not want to put the book down. It is been an enjoyable story and it makes me wonder if there will be just one more book to fill in some of the gaps caused by this last novel. Congratulations to the author for very fine story.

Why do bad boys always feel oh sooo good? Amy - I know his type. The leather cut, the swirling ink over hard muscles, the swagger in his step and smolder in his eyes that sends heat zinging through my core. I swore I was done with bad boys and danger junkies. The last time I loved a member of the Great Wolves M.C., I was left bruised and shattered. If he ever finds out I've so much as looked at another guy, he'll kill us both. I want to believe Colt’s not like the others. But I’m nobody’s fool and I won’t be anyone’s victim again. Even though Colt’s lips taste like heaven, loving him can only bring me back down to hell. Colt- Everything they said about me when they ran me out of town was true. Black sheep doesn’t even begin to cover it. Mayhem follows me wherever I go and I’ve got nowhere left to ride. Even so, I shoulda kept on going. But then I saw Amy. She’s too good, too pure for me and I damn well know it. But those lips, those curves, that little gasp she makes when I run my hands along her hips. When she looks at me, I know it brings back pain she wants to forget. But not everyone who wears this cut is the same. I won’t let her get away without a fight and I'll kill any man who tries to hurt her again. No matter what patch he wears. **This is a standalone, full length romance novel involving the men of the Great Wolves M.C. Each book is interconnected and part of a series, but they can be read in any order and DO NOT contain cliffhangers. They DO contain dark themes and elements**

Jayne Blue does it again! Another phenomenal addition to the Great Wolves M.C. series! Colt gets his own much-deserved story full of suspense, heat, sex, tough, sweet, amazing men and one strong, courageous, smart, loving woman.Colt has returned to his hometown of Lincolnshire, Ohio (yes, it actually exists, I should know I live in Ohio) and is blown away about how much his hometown has changed and not for the better. Factories are closed down and other businesses are on their way out, nothing is surviving there and Colt is disheartened by what he sees and knows the changes that he has in mind will revitalize the town and put people back to work.Amy is a teacher in a local school and the daughter of the past and now deceased Great Wolves M.C. President, Duke. She has survived some awful and horrendous events in her life and is getting on with her life even though something or someone is still hanging over her headThe moment these two people meet it is instant attraction and sparks. They can't get enough of each other and don't want to but there are things and people that stand in their way of their happily ever after and to turn Lincolnshire around. The current president of the M.C., Roy or "Catman" has the town sewn up and is bleeding it dry which is why he wants everything to stay the same and when Colt rides into town the M.C. closes ranks and tries to turn their back on Colt and make him move on. But Colt has roots and family (his twin brother Jason "Jase" still lives there) and he isn't going to be turned aside that easily. Amy has had her own problems with Roy and is looking over her shoulder constantly in order to avoid him and his possessive ways. I am not going to spoil the story anymore, you will just have to read it to find out what happens to Colt, Amy, Jase, Kellan(Colt's good friend and fellow M.C. brother), Roy and the rest of the characters that Jayne brings to life in this latest installment of this great series. There are bad guys, bad boys and a few twists and a lot of suspense in this story. I found myself wanting to skip to the end to see how it all ends, I didn't but it was awfully tempting a few times. Jayne Blue brings us back into her world of motorcycles, bad boys with soft hearts, smart, strong women, sexy moments with LOTS of heat and witty banter. I love the way she writes her characters they are strong, soft, smart but frustrating, sexy and tender. Colt is the third book in this series but the good news is that you don't need to read the first two to understand what is going on but reading those two (Dex and Sly) will add to the enjoyment of this installment and those to follow. Jayne also has an accompanying series called Hold that tells the story of the Great Wolves Wrestling franchise but like the other books it is not necessary to read these either but the story is just better if you understand all the back story. I know that I can't wait to read the next installment in the series called Kellan is a soldier, hero, good friend and fellow M.C. brother.By the way, I received this book in exchange for an open and honest review but if I didn't I would have paid the price to buy and read it because Jayne and her books are definitely worth it. Don't miss out on this great story and amazing series, you will be so glad that you read it!!

Though they are stand alone I highly recommend reading them all in order so you can get to know and grow with all the characters. In this book Colt has left Green Bluff for his home town of Lincolnshire. Colt was a big part of the Sly book. I liked his character in Sly...I loved his character in Colt. Colt and Amy's story was fantastic, just the right amount of grit and fire! The story moves quick and kept me up all night so I could finish it. Amy is a strong heroine and Colt is a charming and honest alpha. A perfect match. So refreshing to have a strong h, since a lot of writers seem to think they need their heroines to be sniveling, weak, and whiny to pull off an alpha story. I would definitely recommend this book and look forward to Kellan's story.

Home at last By Lea Dimovski I felt that Colt was kind of shafted at the end of book two so getting to see him come into his own in book three brought a smile to my dial.Colt and Mouse's story isn't a pretty love story but it is one of lust/love at first sight. We are also introduced to two other characters who have stories screaming to be told in Jase and Kellan.I do like that each of the books in the series are standalone titles with no cliffies. They can even be read out of sequence and still make sense. Ms Blue gives you enough detail that you can picture the scene but you as a reader get paint in the colours.

I made a blind deal because I felt like I had no choice. Everything has changed now, and I need to know what’s going to happen next. The ones who have the answers are the ones I trust the least. I have Paige by my side, but she’s hiding a secret from me too. The angels brought us somewhere that they swear is safe. They told me we’ll have time to rest and plan, which God knows Paige and I both need. I’m not sure how many more surprises I can take before I explode. I plan to take full advantage of this breather to give Paige the first date that she always wanted. Those small but important things remind me of what it felt like to be human. So, of course, fate decides to throw me another curveball in the form of someone from my past. And the meantime, we still have a Goddess, a demon official, and half of the archangel council on our asses. There is no such place as a "safe place" for us anymore. This is starting to become just another day at the office. ******************** This story unfolds over multiple volumes of approximately 25,000 words each. Due to strong language and mature situations, this story might not be suitable for younger readers. Parts 1 through 10 are available now!

I swear that Ivy Sinclair just knows how to get to a girl! I love Riley and Paige and have since I first began reading them. Part Nine is great because we get to see more of their relationship and it is much more romantic. They aren’t running as much as they were in the last eight books. There was so much action in the others that Riley and Paige barely had a chance to catch their breath. I really loved their first date at Slinky Pete’s! Paige now wears Riley’s mark and she finds out that being an angel’s mate is a bit more intense than just being a man’s mate. She pulled away from me with a slightly bemused expression on her face. “What happened just now? I am pretty sure not even once a piece of clothing was removed, but I feel…”“Satisfied?” I couldn’t help but wink at her. ” I think that’s just a preview of what it’s like to be an angel’s mate.In this installment when learn more about why Bruno wants information on Riley’s father as badly as he does. Of course we find out much more than that. However Riley and Paige really need to figure out how to stop Eva from entering Paige’s body or she will be lost forever! Although I trust in Riley and know that he will not accept her being lost as any sort of possibility. I mean after all angels, demons, death, you name it has tried to keep these two apart but nothing has yet. Once again though Ivy hit me with her signature cliffhanger! She should write television shows!! Her cliffhangers leave you going “Wait!!! What happened?”**I received this book for free from the author, publisher, or representive in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.**

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. my favorite paranormal romance is back! NOW WITH MORE SEX & ROMANCE! By Heather / Obsessed With Myshelf I adore this series. Every single installment sucks me back into the world where necromancers are normal, archangels may not always be good, and a goddess is trying to suck the life out of Paige. I don’t usually fall for paranormal romance, but this series just DOES IT for me.We find out more about why Bruno so badly wants information on Riley’s father & there’s a bit of a confrontation *to put it lightly* that made me squee with excitement. However, no matter how they protect themselves now, the truth remains that unless Riley and Paige find a way to stop Eva from entering Paige’s body and taking her over, that she will be lost to Riley. Forever. And we can’t have that now that Riley & Paige are finally together the way that I want them. Things are a little different now that Paige has Riley’s mark and I loved her passing thought that she’s going to find a way to mark him [although, girl, I think you already have where it counts]. This installment is so much more romantic than the last (Ivy promised it would be & she definitely delivered) and I could feel their souls connecting through the pages.Ivy leaves us with a ridiculously crazy cliffhanger, AS PER USUAL, and now I’m left begging for installment 10. I am completely invested in this series. LOVE IT.[I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review]

By Brit *I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review*This serial is really getting more and more complicated the deeper we are led. Riley has changed beyond what anyone could have foreseen. The goddess Eva is going to pull out every trick in the book to make sure Paige will hand herself over. I am about tired of this goddess. She's just as bad as Proctor. While this book is about taking a breather from all this paranormal mess, that is not exactly what happens. While some good things do come out of it, it seems the bad may outweigh the good. An almost literal ghost surfaces from Riley's past, and this ghost may be a salvation in terms of finding out the past to help the future. I just really loved how Paige and Riley connected more on a human level and took a break from all the craziness that has become their new normal since their first meeting. This may not have had as much action, but what little action happened was well deserved! I cheered that karma caught up with a certain someone!
