About the Author Hubbard earned his nickname, Grizzly, by surviving a bear attack in Yellowstone Park. For someone whose passions connect mostly to the natural environment, he’s had an unlikely career. A Denver CPA for many years, he was also a Director or Trustee for twelve organizations, including the Nature Conservancy in Colorado. I learned about the beauty of the Klamath River area, the passion for fly fishing and the heritage of the Hupok Indians. The Author puts the reader on the Klamath River, and I have added to my bucket list.

You will know the Hawk better than a brother and feel his passion derived from his Hupok heritage.Dee paints picture after picture of the mountains, the flora and the Klamath River. Its like being there beside Charlie as his life unfolds.
