By Liberrian And so, the journey that we began with The Portal and the Panther comes to an end with this book. Some things are resolved in this book--like the relationship between Jon and Kristin. Some are left up in the air--like the relationship between Layla and Syros. On the whole this was a really satisfying journey.

But she is no longer where they are searching.A group of Mentalists has been transporting quickly from world to world to world--taking Layla along because she might be useful.Can Jon, Kristin, Dave and the rest of the Pack find Layla? How does Layla manage among a group who all, except for one man speaks a strange language?An excellent final book in an amazing trilogy!!
