Nick is a man in love but doesn't know how to express himself to Tamyra. While Tamyra is a woman who has been hurt in the past and doesn't trust easily. This book had me hooked from the beginning. Can't wait to read what happens next.

Nick is with Calandra who he got with as a rebound because Tamyra wasn't ready for a relationship. Tamyra gets mad and she eventually starts sleeping with Nick even though he has a girl. Calandra finds out and lets just say theres nothing like a woman scorned. However I don't like Tamyra she tries to play the victim too much for me. You pushed a good man away then gets mad when he moves on like he owes you something. You slept with another womans man and then wonder why she hates you. She act like Nick is just to blame. And Calandra is plain crazy.

Cesar sounds like he's the finest man ever I like him lol. I'm ready for part 2 because I feel like Carlos is going to return and CC and her minions done started some ish but Tam is going to get her together
