Unfortunately, the knowledge of this method has hitherto been available in England only in the somewhat detailed and technical work of Professor Charles Baudouin, and in a small pamphlet, printed privately by M. Coue, which has not been publicly exposed for sale. To fill this gap is the aim of the following pages. Mack I enjoyed this book as sort of a compliment to Emile Coue's "Self Mastery Through Conscious Autosuggestion". Brooks gives a more detailed approach to the method of Emile Coue.

Life altering By garrettaro At the risk of sounding mellow-dramatic, the concepts and practices contained in this book and the writings from which it borrows, have altered the course of my life.Guilty of over thinking many things and not having the mental acuity to clarify priorities, finishing this book was a feat within itself. Now, a daily practice has been found that will greatly bolster my desires for continuity, clarity and completion.
