By Blackbird II This book really helped me decided whether or not I wanted to become a real estate agent. The author provided a lot of content and prepared me for what to expect when it comes to being a real estate agent. This is the second book of Brent's that I have read and he never disappoints.

I was thinking it would be of comparable quality to Your 1st Year in Real Estate, but it looks like it was made at someone's home and is 50 pages. As for th content inside, it is like reading an article online that is filled with mostly common sense answers. I usually would never even write a review, but I want to save someone else from wasting $10.

We all know there is no such thing as get rich quick. This book is the first I've read that actually has real information on what to expect and where to start. Thanks Brent. Great Job!
