By Robyn Corcoran Dylan is portrayed as the bad boy so well in this series yet the insight we get into his character as well as the other characters in this book is terrific. JJ & TA Ellis know how to make you think you know what is going on then bam a little twist turns things around again. Loved the suspense element as well as the romance. This just makes me want to go back and reread the series again!
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Waiting on the next By LCarmack I love TA Ellis's books. The only problem I have, is I can't put them down and end up reading them in a day or two and left wanting more. I will be looking forwards to her (their) next release. Continue the good work.

Another awesome book from writing team JJ & TA Ellis By Aussiewombats This is the second book I"ve ready by JJ & TA Ellis, and again, it was an enjoyable romance involving another member of the Harper family, Dylan. I would suggest reading these books in order, although its suggested by the authors that they can be read as stand-alone books, there is a LOT of backstory and at times, I found myself somewhat confused as to the relationships between various facets of the Harper clan, hence my decision to award four stars in this case..Having said that, the story is well-written and enjoyable to read, and it was good to see some growth in the character of Dylan Harper throughout the storyline. Add a little bit of mystery, some good natured-teasing between Dylan and Nicoletta, and quite an extensive backstory which brings the characters to the present day situation, and it kept me reading and wanting to know what would happen.JJ & TA Ellis have again shown themselves to be a dynamic writing team, while in other collaborations I have seen marked differences between writing styles, which often leads to a sense of disjointedness in the progress of the story, in this instance, the authors have proven themselves a cohesive unit and the switches between authors are seamless.I'd highly recommend these books to readers, but would strongly recommend reading them in order to get full enjoyment from the story and to be able to pick up on all the intricacies of the relationships between the Harper clan.
