Review Dr. Parry's purpose for this book is to help you reach your full potential and to realize your success. We all tend to have areas in which we struggle. That's a part of being human, but Greg wants to see us overcome these obstacles. His book addresses 101 potential areas for growth and success. I have to say, I like the format (since I wrote a book using a similar format). He draws upon a variety of sources for his powerful and practical ideas, including ancient and modern. His suggestions also speak to the mind/body and emotional/psychological dimensions of personal development. In other words, true success comes through the growth of every aspect of our person--the whole person. His most important point, made throughout the book, is that you are ultimately responsible for your success. "You are the engine," as Greg puts it. We posses the power to determine our success. It's the things we do (or don't do) that ultimately "tell the tale."I'm pleased to recommend this book to anyone wishing to put into practice ideas and principles that lead to a more successful life. After 25 years I entered the fascinating field of Spinal Rehabilitation training as a Spinal Rehab Specialist, obtaining certification and endorsement as a Pilates and Yoga Master as well as a Corporate Wellbeing Coach.MY INSPIRATIONI developed a strong desire to help people enhance the quality of their lives whilst still a student at university. Since starting reading his books, my life is continuing to change to the better.Indeed, as the book states, we need to recognise the power of our dreams. We all have dreams and ambitions, which could be shut down by jealous or incapable people because they didn't get what we would like to get. Everyone is different, and unfortunately, in this modern world, this thought is disappearing. It is now expected of all of us to be equal, to be and to think like others. Well, this is not what we all want, and this book helps you to liberate yourself from what others want to impose on us and to living the success we want to live, and not what others want us to live.The book also offers bonuses to download, and one of them is about Abundance! Wouldn't we all like to lead an abundant life? This is the secret wish of all of us! The other bonus is about the Paleo Epigenetic Diet, which is today's revolution. We also all would like to have a nice body!Finally, words indeed have power. Most of the time, we can be around people who are negative, and their words can have a bad effect on us.
