Just as good as the first one By peter klausen Just as good as the first one, Interregnum can both be read as a easy read with a good story line, But can allso be taken as a look into the darker aspect of what makes you "humen" what is good and what is evil?..But again really loved this book, can only say one thing now "When is the third book due?"

By Zachary Cason I've been a fan of Children of Steel for years, and I'm glad to get a chance to follow the story farther in this second book, which closes in a good spot for a third! If you're a fan of sci-fi adventure and space warfare, I'd give it a read. This story is told from the perspective of a genetically engineered race of sapient animal beings that were created to fill significant workforce shortages in the future, these beings are right in the thick of it, and it offers an interesting insight to their often difficult and dangerous lives.
